Selina Malouka
Selina is a Physiotherapy Resident, graduating from McMaster University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with High Honours, at the University of Toronto, alongside a minor in Psychology. Currently, she is working on wrapping up her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science in the field of aging and measurement!
With a background in both physiotherapy and research, Selina strives to incorporate the best available evidence into her clinical practice to improve client outcomes.
She has had exposure working in a variety of settings, including orthopaedic and neurological settings, and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and reclaim their quality of life. Dr. Dylan Kosmachuk
Dr. Kosmachuk is a licensed chiropractor serving the Greater Toronto Area. Driven by a deep passion for patient care, he is dedicated to providing relief that enables individuals to fully engage in their daily activities and athletic pursuits.
Dr. Kosmachuk excels in identifying the root causes of his patients’ discomfort and educating them about the nature of their conditions. Alisha graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in and received her Massage Therapy diploma with honours in 2019.
Going from being a personal trainer and coaching fitness classes, to working in law enforcement, as well as the oil fields, Alisha enters the clinic with great life experience and overall knowledge.
Alisha grew up as a competitive athlete playing several sports such as soccer, volleyball, track & field, and martial arts. She learned that sometimes pushing your body to its limit has consequences. She suffered on-going injuries and has successfully recovered as a result of seeing different health care professionals and listening to her body.

He has had extensive training that specializes in the manufacture and design of custom orthotics, compression stockings, custom knee braces, orthopaedic shoes, and other foot care products. Dan started MyoDynamic Health as a local Pedorthic clinic in Barrie, and has grown MyoDynamic Health’s reputation as to what it is today. Dr. Katie Nanos (CPSO #114498)
Dr. Katie Nanos graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and received her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, after which she completed her fellowship in Sports Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Nanos has experience working with patients from a variety of activity backgrounds; from “weekend warriors” to professional athletes (NFL, MLB, NBA), to non-athletes. She has a special interest in working with patients experiencing pain due to overuse injuries including tendinopathies and osteoarthritis. She also commonly treats adhesive capsulitis, or “frozen shoulder” with specialized techniques.
Dr. Nanos was trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound/ultrasound guided injections and orthobiologics (PRP, etc.) by international leaders and pioneers in these fields. In addition, she has participated in related courses through AIUM, AAPMR and AMSSM. These concepts, techniques, and their applications are now the focus of her practice, used in an effort to assist the body in harnessing its natural resources to combat pain, improve function, accelerate healing, and avoid/postpone surgery in the appropriate patient. She commonly uses Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, nStride, and corticosteroid injections as indicated to achieve these goals. All of these procedures are done under ultrasound guidance to ensure accuracy and improve outcomes. Dr. Nanos also commonly uses ultrasound as an extension of her physical examination to aid in formulating a diagnosis at the bedside.
