Sam graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours). At Dalhousie, his research investigated ‘The impact of music tempo on psycho-physiological responses during exercise & recovery’, and was published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. At Queen’s, his research was on a cutting edge concept called ‘Blood Flow Restriction training for the elderly’. Simply put, his research looked into ‘How can we hack our biology to accelerate physical fitness & strength as quickly as possible with the least amount of effort?’
Sam is concurrently working towards his Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and Certification in McKenzie method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (Cert MDT). Health & Performance Science and worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
